Shipping Schedule. We do our best to ship within the next business day of our site receiving the order. This (normally) ensures our customers receive their order within 7 business days. Express methods of shipping are available for nominal upgraded rates. Out Of Stock items may require additional days, and we will notify you should such a situation arise.


Methods of Shipping. Most orders will be shipped using standard ground shipping. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to our customers.


Should your Shipment be Damaged. Shipments damaged by poor handling must be claimed through the shipping agency. If anything is missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the paper work. If you notice "concealed" damage after the driver has left, keep all of the packing material, and call the shipping agency to follow through with their claim methods. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping agency.


Manufacturer's Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, contact our company immediately. However, please do not return products to us without contacting us first. Most situations can be handled a lot more efficiently by contacting us prior to any return shipping. This saves you additional burden should a problem arise. Therefore, no packages will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) number written clearly on the package. Again, please contact us for the RA# first.


Merchandise Return Policy. Unfortunately, sometimes issues arise, and a return is the best solution. Please notice: All merchandise returns must be verified through us, and receive a return authorization number (RA#) first. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. Please email the refund request to: support@thefishicon.com  (type "RETURN" in the subject field). Soon thereafter, an RA# with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without an RA# written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have an RA# issued first and foremost.

If you received a product that was not what you ordered, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All of the original contents (product, manuals, etc.).

·  The item's original packaging.

·  Our original invoice and packing slip.


Once you receive an RA# you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our company.
  2. Write the RA# clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We suggest that returns shipped with a value of over $100.00 be insured. Our liability does not extend to merchandise that never reaches us.

We will refund shipping costs, but only if our error resulted in a return. We are not responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are returned, or refused, with no fault on us. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or losses due to manufacturer's defects. Nor are we responsible for losses due to errors in shipping. Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
